We prepare your order
We receive the order and start preparing the goods. For items in stock, the parcel is ready within a few business hours.
We notify you by email
As soon as your order is ready you'll receive a confirmation email with all the pickup details: hours, address, and order number.
Steps to pick up
Come to our facility during opening hours, give us your order number, and pick up your parcel. Payment on pickup is available by cash or card.
