How long does the delivery take?

We spend 24/48 working hours on the whole Italian territory. Orders made within 14:00 are generally evaded in the day.

How long does it take to retire?

The retirement is generally available on the same working day or, at most, within the next working day. For urgencies you can contact us by phone to check the availability of the quick pickup in about 30 minutes.

Is the shipment free?

Yes, the shipment is always free throughout Italy. For international orders (Europe), the cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Do you send international shipments?

Yes, we ship across Europe with average delivery time of 48/72 working hours. Costs are calculated at checkout.

Can I return the product?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The product must be intact and in the original packaging. The return is free in case of defective product.

What to do if the product gets damaged?

In case of damage during transport, please contact us within 48 hours by attaching product photos and packaging. We will provide replacement or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments, PayPal and advance bank transfer.

Is it possible to receive invoice?

Yes, you can enter billing data during checkout and receive the electronic invoice.

Prices are VAT included?

No, all prices are VAT excluded unless otherwise stated.

Is it possible to order large quantities?

Yes, we offer discounted prices for high quantities. For recurring supplies or important orders you can request a customized quote.

Are the products available immediately?

All products listed as available are ready to warehouse and shipped quickly. In case of exhaustion, the times are indicated on the product page.
